This Grappa del Contadin Stravecchia is produced by Negroni Antica Distilleria, is obtained by a traditional process of steam distillation and meticulous selection of the best vintages, with a long period of aging in barrels made of Slavonia oak.
It thus acquires its characteristic strawcoloured hue and its soft, delicate taste.
