Dolce Vitae Passito

At the first taste, Dolce Vitae is a delicate wine, extremely balanced and enveloping, but never cloying. This organic Amastuola wine is characterized by a long citrus-spicy finish that brings out hints of candied fruit, cardamom and dried fruit. Its pleasant aromas make it a wine that can be paired with desserts as well as with ripened and marbled/blue cheeses. Its aromatic bouquet recalls yellow flowers and has hints of honey slightly reminiscent of apricot jam, candied citrus and aromatic herbs.
